§ 92.29. DISPOSAL OF ASH AND BURNING ON A ROAD.

Latest version.

No ash or waste from burning shall be deposited within 15 feet of the shoulder of any public road or highway in the township. No burning shall occur within the right-of-way of a road or highway.
