§ 50.017. ENFORCEMENT OF MANDATORY CONNECT/ON REQUIREMENTS.

(A) Failure or refusal to connect to the system within the time prescribed herein shall result in the property being charged a penalty of $100 for each single-family residential unit multiplied by the number of units and/or multiplying factors as established by the Table of Residential Equivalents.
(B) Each day that a violation of this chapter shall continue shall be construed to constitute a separate offense.
(C) Civil and/or criminal proceedings to compel connection are established under § 50.999(A).
