(A) Site plan review. Site plan review and approval is required for all uses except detached one- amily residential and farm uses, in accordance with § 156.476.
(B) Area, height, bulk and placement regulations.
(1) Buildings and uses in the Rural Estate District are subject to the area, height, bulk and placement requirements in §§ 156.460 and 156.461, schedule of regulations.
(2) The following chart summarizes the regulations in §§ 156.460 and 156.461, but the user is cautioned to refer to §§ 156.460 and 156.461 for more detailed information and explanatory notes.
