§ 156.237. DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS.

  • (A) Site plan review. Site plan review and approval is required for all uses except detached one- amily residential and farm uses, in accordance with § 156.476.
    (B) Area, height, bulk and placement regulations.
    (1) Buildings and uses in the Rural Estate District are subject to the area, height, bulk and placement requirements in §§ 156.460 and 156.461, schedule of regulations.
    (2) The following chart summarizes the regulations in §§ 156.460 and 156.461, but the user is cautioned to refer to §§ 156.460 and 156.461 for more detailed information and explanatory notes.

    (C) Planned development. Planned development may be as a means to achieve the basic intent of this district, in accordance with § 156.478.
    (D) Open space preservation option. The open space preservation option is permitted in the RE District as a means of permitting residential use and preserving open space and agricultural lands, subject to the provisions in § 156.142(C).
