In all areas zoned MHP, Mobile Home Park District, no building shall be erected, used, or structurally altered, nor shall the land or premises be used in whole or in part, except for one or more of the following principal uses:
(A) Mobile home parks;
(B) Multiple-family and attached single-family housing, subject to the requirements in § 156.142(B);

(C) Residential care facilities that provide care for up to six individuals;
(D) Essential services, subject to the provisions in § 156.035; and
(E) Uses and structures accessory to the above, subject to the provisions in this subchapter.
