§ 156.021. ALLOWABLE USES.

Only the following uses of land, buildings or structures shall be allowed in the township:
(A) Uses lawfully established on the effective date of this chapter;
(B) Uses for which a building permit had been issued in accordance with § 156.481;

(C) Permitted principal and accessory uses in the applicable zoning districts, subject to the requirements specified;
(D) Conditional and special uses in the applicable zoning districts, subject conditions and requirements specified; and
(E) Temporary uses subject to the requirements specified in § 156.026.
