§ 156.403. PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS.

The approval of a planned development application shall require an amendment to this chapter to revise the zoning map and designate the subject property as "PD, Planned Development". Approval granted under this subchapter, including all aspects of the final plan and conditions imposed on it, shall constitute an inseparable part of the zoning amendment.
